NOTE: A policy is now in place whereby a member that has confirmed they will be attending a monthly meeting is required to provide 72-hours’ notice that they will be unable to attend that meeting. Failure to provide that notice will result in the member or his/her employer being billed for the dinner cost. This policy is to ensure that the Chapter is not losing money as a result of no-shows for dinner.
A substitute may take your place but you must provide the substitute’s name and organization to the Meeting Coordinator (at the form below) if you provide notice of your inability to attend the meeting less than 72 hours prior to the meeting.
As we book a specific number of meals based on confirmation responses, confirmed members will get priority regarding the meal and those that elect to come to the meeting without prior notice will only receive a dinner if the venue can make the extra meals. Please confirm your attendance as soon as possible.
